Janox designed, manufactured, and installed main lift cylinders for double-decker active-lift ramps. There are two cylinders per side, for a total of four per ramp. These cylinders are in service in multiple berths at Tsawwassen, Duke Point, Departure Bay, and Swartz Bay terminals.

Cylinders are mounted in gimbals, allowing 360° freedom of movement. Retracted cylinder length is 25ft, and linear displacement transducers provide accurate cylinder position feedback to the PLC.
